BE DIFFERENT, BE MPL
The QHSE Officer will further develop our quality, well-being, and safety policy. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the QMS (ISO9001:2015) and for current audits (AEO.F, EcoVadis). You will also initiate new accreditation requests, including SQAS and CDI.
Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our international offices to collect the data required for the sustainability program (according to the GHG Protocol, SDGs, UNGC), and consolidate this data into quarterly reports. You and a colleague will be the points of contact for implementing the new European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
You will further develop our well-being policy jointly with the Prevention Advisor.
You are able to conceptualize strategies and take the lead in the operational execution of projects. You can work closely with colleagues from different teams to gather the right information.
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
You are committed to quality, safety, environment, and well-being, and have some prior experience in these areas. You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, and preferably a background in logistics. You take the initiative and always approach your work with a problem-solving mindset. Additionally, you aim for successful working relationships with all stakeholders.
